My place is close to great views. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Reasonable price. Good location to enjoy surfing at the Kata beach.
The hotel told us that the breakfast would be ready at 6:30am. However, when we arrived at their canteen at 6:30am, there was nothing ready. Iasked the waiter at the canteen to give me juice cup for drinking some juice instead, but the waiter was extremely bad mannered and impatient to only leave a words "Just a moment". I just want to know why you told us that the breakfast would be ready at 6:30am but when we planned up all our schedule and arrived at the canteen found nothing ready only with your bad mannered staff there? Actually, as i know, the Thai cusine all over the world is famous for its delicious, but the meals offered in your hotel in extremely awful, even the fresh juice was just watered with jam but not squeezed from real fruits, which really made me so disappointed. Moreover, the room we checked in on the first day was in mess, the towers were used, like no one help tidy up the room before we checked in. Phuket island is one of the best popular traveling city even better than many places in Japan, why the tourist sevices is so poor here? It deserves better service for the tourists in such a wonderful touring city. Anyway, i have decied to tell any of our Janpenese friends and Chinese friends that, the scenery here in Phuket Island is charming but the hotel we lived in here in still not good with bad services and awful meals. I will never chose this hotel again if i come here in the future. Every moment of my holiday spent here, i feel regret a lot that i chosed this hotel at the very beginning.
First time in Phuket and Love this place to bits. Strategically located. There are shops around every corner especially Family Mart. Very convenient. It is a 1 min walk to Kata beach. 5 mins by bike to Karon and 25 mins to Patong. Such an enjoyable view of Kata beach and a great beach to get your tan on. A bike rental shop is just at the corner. The whole of the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. So glad they gave us a late check out upon request. Breakfast spread was great too! Good news for the Muslim travellers, they have selections of halal food for you (: Would recommend anyone who wants to chill and relax to book this place.
Chanalai Garden Resort is so wonderful and near the beach. It's good choice if you want to stay in Kata beach. Thanks for Napaporn help to book the best sea view room. I would like to go again
The resort was impressive the moment we arrived, being greeted with a refreshing drink and having out bags carried up to our room. We asked for an ocean view, which was in the furthest building and on the top floor. It was worth the longer and maze like walk through the resort. Staff was very accommodating. Being a short was to kata beach was great. Unfortunately, we did have some down falls. We had laundry done through the resort, and somehow a couple of our items turned out to have pink spots even though nothing in our clothes was red. Also, we ordered room service one night, which my meal was good, but my BF was sick with food poisoning the next day and believed it was from shrimp that may have been undercooked in his salad. There was a day of scheduled power outage for maintenance conducted, however the next day it was on and off majority of the day. The only other thing that wasn't the best was the king size bed was 2 twins put together, so it was like sleeping in separate beds.
